Dylai’r llywodraeth: yn unol â chyngor a gyhoeddwyd gan y CU ar faterion lloches, cenedligrwydd a diffyg gwladwriaeth menywod: (a) gyflwyno terfyn amser ar gadw mewnfudwyr a gweithredu dewisiadau amgen i gadw. (b) stopio cadw menywod beichiog a mamau sy’n bwydo o’r fron. (c) helpu menywod sy’n ceisio lloches a ffoaduriaid i gael mynediad at gyflogaeth a thai priodol.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
Recalling its general recommendation No. 32 (2014) on the gender-related dimensions of refugee status, asylum, nationality and statelessness of women, the Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Introduce a general time limit on immigration detention and implement alternatives to detention. (b) Take immediate measures to end the detention of pregnant women and nursing mothers. (c) Take measures to enable asylum-seeking and refugee women to access employment and appropriate housing.
