Argymhelliad Cymreig clir
Dylai’r llywodraeth: Tynnu pob amheuaeth i’r CRC yn ôl (parthed perthnasedd erthygl 22 i Ynysoedd y Cayman, erthygl 32 i’r holl diriogaethau dibynnol ac eithrio Pitcairn, ac erthygl 37 (c) i’r holl diriogaethau dibynnol).
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee, in the light of the 1993 Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, recommends that the governments of the said overseas territories and Crown dependencies consider the withdrawal of all their reservations to the Convention.
