Dylai’r llywodraeth: (a) Cadarnhau a gweithredu Cyfamod Marrakesh i Hwyluso Mynediad i Waith Cyhoeddedig i Bersonau sy’n Ddall, gyda Nam ar y Golwg, neu fel arall yn Analluog gyda Phrint. (b) Datblygu ac ariannu cynllun gweithredu i sicrhau y bydd gan bobl anabl fynediad at bob cyfleuster chwaraeon a safle treftadaeth.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Take all necessary steps to ratify and implement the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled as soon as possible. (b) Adopt a concrete plan of action, with resources and measurable objectives, to implement legislation, regulation and standardization to ensure that persons with disabilities have access to inclusive participation in all sports facilities and heritage sites, including UNESCO heritage sites.
