Plain English recommendation
Government should: Withdraw all reservations to the CRC (regarding the applicability of article 22 to the Cayman Islands, article 32 to all dependent territories except Pitcairn, and article 37 (c) to all dependent territories).
Original UN recommendation
The Committee, in the light of the 1993 Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, recommends that the governments of the said overseas territories and Crown dependencies consider the withdrawal of all their reservations to the Convention.
