Government should: Submit the UK’s next report to the UN by 24 July 2020.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee requests that the State party submit its next periodic report by 24 July 2020 and that it include in it specific up-to-date information on the implementation of all its recommendations and of the Covenant as a whole. The Committee requests that the State party, in preparing the report, broadly consult civil society and non-governmental organizations operating in the country. In accordance with General Assembly resolution 68/268, the word limit for the report is 21,200 words.
