Government should: Ensure any human rights reforms do not reduce the current human rights protections, and do not affect people’s ability to seek redress under the European Convention on Human Rights.

Ensure that any possible reform of the 1998 Human Rights Act has no impact on the scope of protection or the access to the remedies under the European Convention on Human Rights (Switzerland).
