Dylai’r llywodraeth: Yn Adroddiad Gwladwriaeth nesaf y Deyrnas Unedig, darparu gwybodaeth fanwl ar y camau a gymerwyd i weithredu yn benodol yr argymhelliad parthed gwneud CERD yn realiti i bawb, mesur hawliau Prydeinig, gwahaniaethu yn erbyn pobl o darddiad Affricanaidd, sefyllfa Sipsiwn, Roma a Theithwyr, a throi allan dan orfod y Chagosiaid o Diego Garcia.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee wishes to draw the attention of the State party to the particular importance of the recommendations contained in paragraphs 8 (implementation of the Convention), 10 (bill of rights), 23 (discrimination against persons of African descent), 25 (Gypsies, Travellers and Roma) and 41 (forcible eviction of Chagossians from Diego Garcia) above, and requests the State party to provide detailed information in its next periodic report on the concrete measures taken to implement those recommendations.
