Argymhelliad Cymreig clir
Dylai’r llywodraeth: (a) Alinio cyfreithiau’r Deyrnas Unedig gyda’r CRC fel y gellir ei orfodi yn llysoedd y Deyrnas Unedig a gall pobl gymryd camau cyfreithiol os tramgwyddir ar eu hawliau. (b) Deddfu mesur hawliau ar gyfer Gogledd Iwerddon.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Expedite bringing in line with the Convention its domestic legislation, at the national and devolved levels and in the overseas territories and the Crown dependencies, in order to ensure that the principles and provisions of the Convention are directly applicable and justiciable under domestic law; (b) Expedite the enactment of a bill of rights for Northern Ireland, agreed under the Good Friday Agreement.
