Argymhelliad Cymreig clir
Dylai’r llywodraeth: (a) Diweddaru a gweithredu strategaeth ledled y Deyrnas Unedig ‘Gweithio gyda’n gilydd, Cyflawni Mwy’ (2009) i gynnwys yr holl hawliau yn y CRC. (b) Datblygu cynlluniau gweithredu i roi’r (‘Gweithio gyda’n gilydd, cyflawni mwy’ ) strategaeth ar waith yn Lloegr a Gogledd Iwerddon. (d) Gweithredu’r ‘Rhaglen ar gyfer Plant a Phobl Ifanc’ (2015) yng Nghymru.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Revise the United Kingdom-wide strategy entitled Working Together, Achieving More (2009) to cover all areas of the Convention and ensure its full implementation; (b) Adopt comprehensive action plans for the implementation of the above-mentioned strategy in England and Northern Ireland; (c) In Scotland, ensure the full implementation of the action plan entitled Do the Right Thing (2009) and the National Action Plan for Human Rights (2013-2017); (d) In Wales, ensure the full implementation of the Programme for Children and Young People (2015).
