Dylai’r llywodraeth: Cefnogi monitro annibynnol ar gyfer gweithrediad y CRPD ar draws y Deyrnas Unedig, yn cynnwys gan sefydliadau pobl anabl, yn unol â chyngor y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar fframweithiau monitro annibynnol.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee recommends that the State party ensure in all its entities the independence of, and provide sufficient funding for, both established monitoring frameworks and organizations of persons with disabilities to enable them to monitor the implementation of the Convention across the State party, taking into account the guidelines on independent monitoring frameworks and their participation in the work of the Committee (see CRPD/C/1/Rev.1, annex).
