Fel NHRI, un o\u2019n swyddi yw monitro cydymffurfiaeth y DU \u00e2\u2019r saith cytuniad hawliau dynol y Cenhedloedd Unedig y mae wedi\u2019u llofnodi a\u2019u cadarnhau (cytuno i ddilyn).
