Government should: Remove the interpretive declaration under article 1 of the Optional Protocol to the CRC relating to children’s involvement in armed conflict. Ban children’s involvement in armed conflicts.

Withdraw its interpretative declaration to article 1 of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict and unconditionally forbid children from taking part in hostilities (Czechia).
