Government should: Ensure proper funding, clear timelines and monitoring of the ‘Working Together, Achieving More’, and ‘Programme for Children and Young People’ strategies and action plans. Pay extra attention to disadvantaged children when putting them into practice.
Original UN recommendation
In doing so [implementing paragraph 8], the Committee recommends that the State party allocate sufficient human, technical and financial resources, set up clear timelines and a monitoring and evaluation framework for the implementation of the strategy and the action plans and pay special attention to children belonging to the most vulnerable groups.
