Government should:

Cut fees to make higher education more accessible, in accordance with capacity.

Gradually introduce free higher education.


Original UN recommendation

The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary steps to reduce higher education fees, with a view to making higher education equally accessible to all, in accordance with capacity, and by progressively introducing free higher education.
