Government should:
Send its eighth regular report to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights by 31 March 2030, unless the schedule changes. The report should be no longer than 21,200 words. Government should update its common core document if needed, following the guidelines for international human rights reporting.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee requests the State Party to submit its eighth periodic report in accordance with article 16 of the Covenant by 31 March 2030, unless otherwise notified as a result of a change in the review cycle. In accordance with General Assembly resolution 68/268, the word limit for the report is 21,200 words. In addition, it invites the State Party to update it common core document, as necessary, in accordance with the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties.
