Government should: Consider including in the UK’s next State Report what steps have been taken to identify risks of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, taking into consideration the UN Framework of Analysis for Atrocity Crimes.

Consider including in its next universal periodic review report information on measures it has taken to analyse potential risk factors of atrocity crimes including through utilizing the United Nations Framework of Analysis for Atrocity Crimes (Rwanda).
