Dylai’r Llywodraeth: Sicrhau cyllid priodol, amserlenni clir a monitro cynlluniau gweithredu a strategaethau ‘Working Together, Achieving More’, a ‘Programme for Children and Young People’. Rhoi sylw ychwanegol i blant dan anfantais wrth eu rhoi ar waith.
Original UN recommendation
In doing so [implementing paragraph 8], the Committee recommends that the State party allocate sufficient human, technical and financial resources, set up clear timelines and a monitoring and evaluation framework for the implementation of the strategy and the action plans and pay special attention to children belonging to the most vulnerable groups.
