Dylai’r llywodraeth: Yn Adroddiad Gwladwriaeth nesaf y Deyrnas Unedig, darparu gwybodaeth wedi ei diweddaru a manwl ar y camau a gymerir i daclo gwahaniaethu hiliol yn erbyn Haitïaidd yn Ynysoedd Turks a Caicos.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee welcomes the commitment expressed by the delegation of the State party to support the local authorities and the Turks and Caicos Islands Human Rights Commission in their efforts to combat all forms of racial discrimination against persons of Haitian nationality. The Committee requests the State party to provide, in its next periodic report, updated and detailed information on the situation of Haitians in the Turks and Caicos Islands, as part of its report on the situation of the British overseas territories.
