Dylai Llywodraeth: (a) Cyflwyno strategaeth i gynyddu ymwybyddiaeth y cyhoedd o hawliau plant, gan sicrhau bod plant yn cael eu cynnwys; (b) Hyfforddi’r holl weithwyr proffesiynol sy’n gweithio dros a gyda phlant ar hawliau plant a’r CRC, yn enwedig mewn addysg, gwaith cymdeithasol, gorfodi’r gyfraith, mewnfudo a chyfiawnder.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
Noting with concern the relatively low level of knowledge of the Convention among children and adults, the Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Adopt a national strategy for awareness-raising of children’s rights among the public, and promote the active involvement of children in public outreach activities; (b) Ensure systematic training on children’s rights, the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto for all professionals working for and with children, in particular those working in education, social work, law enforcement, immigration and justice.
