Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
Ddileu’r holl gymalau cadw y mae wedi’u gwneud i’r Cyfamod Rhyngwladol ar Hawliau Economaidd, Cymdeithasol a Diwylliannol (ICESCR), yn enwedig i erthyglau 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 a 10(2). Byddai hyn yn helpu i sicrhau bod yr ICESCR yn cael ei gymhwyso’n llawn ac yn briodol ledled y DU, ei thiriogaethau tramor, tiriogaethau dibynnol ar y Goron a thiriogaethau eraill y mae’n gyfrifol amdanynt.
Original UN recommendation
Recalling its previous recommendation, the Committee urges the State Party to reconsider and withdraw all its reservations to the Covenant, particularly those to articles 1, 2, 6, 7, 9 and 10 (2), to ensure the Covenant’s full and effective application across all the territories under its jurisdiction and those under its international responsibility, including the Crown dependencies and overseas territories.
