Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
(a) Dal busnesau’n gyfrifol am ddiwallu safonau cyfreithiol, yn cynnwys ar hawliau dynol rhyngwladol a chenedlaethol, llafur a’r amgylchedd; (b) Sicrhau bod busnesau’n ystyried yn llawn sut mae eu gwaith yn effeithio ar yr amgylchedd, iechyd a hawliau dynol, siarad â’r cyhoedd am yr effeithiau hyn, a chyhoeddi eu cynlluniau er mwyn mynd i’r afael â hwy.Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Ensure the legal accountability of business enterprises and their subsidiaries operating in or managed from the State party’s territory in relation to international and national human rights, labour, environmental and other standards; (b) Require companies to undertake assessments of, consultations on and full public disclosure of the environmental, health-related and children’s rights impacts of their business activities and their plans to address such impacts.
