Dylai’r Llywodraeth: (a) Adolygu’r Cynllun Gweithredu Cenedlaethol ar Fusnes a Hawliau Dynol i wneud i fusnesau ystyried eu heffaith ar hawliau plant, yn unol â chyngor y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar effaith busnes ar hawliau plant. (b) Cyflwyno a gorfodi cyfreithiau i sicrhau bod busnesau yn parchu hawliau plant, yn cynnwys prosesau caffael cyhoeddus.
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
With reference to its general comment No. 16 (2013) on State obligations regarding the impact of business on children’s rights, the Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Integrate an explicit focus on children’s rights, including the requirement for businesses to undertake child-rights due diligence, in the revised version of its first National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights; (b) Establish and implement regulations to ensure that the business sector, including in the context of public procurement, complies with the rights of the child.
