Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
Gwneud mwy i fynd i’r afael â diweithdra a thangyflogaeth i fenywod, pobl anabl, pobl ifanc, lleiafrifoedd ethnig a mudwyr. Dylai’r Llywodraeth greu rhaglenni swyddi wedi’u targedu yn y sector cyhoeddus, gwella hyfforddiant swyddi a gwasanaethau cyflogaeth a sicrhau bod prosesau cyflogi a gweithleoedd yn hygyrch. Dylai hefyd greu partneriaethau sector preifat yn unol â chyngor y CU ar yr hawl i weithio.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee recommends that the State Party, along with the devolved government of Northern Ireland, strengthen efforts to address unemployment and underemployment among women, persons with disabilities, young people, ethnic minorities and migrants by implementing targeted public sector employment schemes, enhancing vocational training and employment services, ensuring reasonable accommodation in recruitment and the workplace and developing private sector partnerships, guided by the Committee’s general comment No. 18 (2005) on the right to work.
