Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
Ystyried cytuno i ddilyn cytundebau hawliau dynol nad yw wedi ymuno â nhw. Mae’r rhain yn cynnwys y Confensiwn Rhyngwladol ar Ddiogelu Hawliau Pob Gweithiwr Mudol ac Aelodau o’u Teuluoedd (CMW), y Confensiwn Rhyngwladol ar gyfer Amddiffyn Pob Person rhag Diflaniad Gorfodol (IPPPED), a chaniatáu i unigolion wneud cwynion o dan y Cyfamod Rhyngwladol ar Hawliau Sifil a Gwleidyddol (ICCPR) a’r Confensiwn ar Hawliau’r Plentyn (CRC).
Original UN recommendation
The Committee recommends that the State Party consider ratifying the core human rights instruments to which it is not yet a party, namely the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure.
