Dylai Llywodraeth: (a) Gwneud mwy i adnabod plant sy’n ddioddefwyr masnachu ac er mwyn sicrhau bod plant sy’n ddioddefwyr yn cael eu cyfeirio at wasanaethau plentyn-gyfeillgar, yn cynnwys trwy’r Mecanwaith Atgyfeirio Cenedlaethol. (b) Sicrhau bod plant sy’n ddioddefwyr masnachu yn cael eu trin fel dioddefwyr, a’u bod nhw’n cael y gefnogaeth sydd ei hangen arnynt, yn cynnwys cefnogaeth seicolegol a help cyfreithiol; sefydlu system o warcheidwaid masnachu mewn plant annibynnol; (c) Ymchwilio i bob achos o fasnachu mewn plant yn llawn ac yn sensitif ac erlyn unrhyw un sy’n gyfrifol am fasnachu mewn plant
Argymhelliad gwreiddiol y CU
Noting with appreciation the piloting of a new national referral mechanism on trafficking and a system of independent child trafficking guardians, the Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Continue to strengthen measures aimed at ensuring the identification and referral of child victims of trafficking to appropriate child-friendly services, including by implementing the national referral mechanism throughout the State party; (b) Ensure that child victims of trafficking are always treated as victims and have access to the necessary support and services, including psychological support and legal assistance; and establish the system of independent child trafficking guardians throughout the State party; (c) Investigate all cases of trafficking of children, using intersectoral and child-sensitive proceedings, and bring perpetrators to justice.
