Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
Ddileu Deddf Trafferthion Gogledd Iwerddon (Gwaddol a Chymodi) 2023 a chyflwyno mesurau sy’n gwella’r berthynas rhwng grwpiau diwylliannol gwahanol ar sail dealltwriaeth, goddefgarwch a pharch. Anogir y Llywodraeth i ystyried argymhellion a wnaed gan y Pwyllgor Hawliau Dynol ar y mater hwn.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee recommends that the State Party repeal the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023 and implement measures to create conditions conducive to constructive intercultural relations based on mutual understanding, tolerance and respect. It also urges the State Party to refer to the recommendations made by the Human Rights Committee in that regard.
