Dylai’r Llywodraeth:
Rannu argymhellion adolygiad 2024 o gydymffurfiad y DU â’r Cyfamod Rhyngwladol ar Hawliau Economaidd, Cymdeithasol a Diwylliannol (ICESCR) â phawb, yn enwedig deddfwyr, gweithwyr y llywodraeth a barnwyr. Dylai ddefnyddio ei adroddiad nesaf i’r Pwyllgor i roi’r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am ei gynnydd tuag at weithredu’r argymhellion hyn. Dylai’r Llywodraeth gynnwys y Senedd mewn adroddiadau a gwaith dilynol yn y dyfodol, oherwydd mae’r Senedd yn chwarae rhan bwysig o ran ei weithredu. Dylai’r Llywodraeth hefyd barhau i weithio gyda Sefydliadau Hawliau Dynol Cenedlaethol, fel y Comisiwn Cydraddoldeb a Hawliau Dynol, Comisiwn Hawliau Dynol Gogledd Iwerddon, Comisiwn Hawliau Dynol yr Alban a chyrff eraill yn nhiriogaethau tramor a thiriogaethau dibynnol ar y Goron. Dylai’r Llywodraeth hefyd gynnwys sefydliadau anllywodraethol a chymdeithas sifil wrth fynd ar drywydd yr argymhellion hyn a chyn cyflwyno’r adroddiad nesaf.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee requests that the State Party, along with the devolved governments in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, the Crown dependencies and the overseas territories, disseminate the present concluding observations widely at all levels of society, in particular among parliamentarians, public officials and judicial authorities, and that it inform the Committee in its next periodic report about the steps taken to implement them. The Committee emphasizes the crucial role that Parliament plays in implementing the present concluding observations and encourages the State Party to ensure its involvement in future reporting and follow-up procedures. The Committee encourages the State Party to continue to engage with the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, the Scottish Human Rights Commission and other national human rights institutions in the Crown dependencies and the overseas territories, as well as with non-governmental organizations and other members of civil society, in the follow-up to the present concluding observations and in the process of consultation at the national level prior to the submission of its next periodic report.
