Dylai’r llywodraeth: (a) Diddymu cyfreithiau sy’n caniatáu i bobl gael eu cadw a thrin heb eu cydsyniad ar sail eu hamhariad gwirioneddol neu ddeongledig. (b) Ymchwilio’n llawn i a therfynu pob ffurf o gam-drin pobl anabl mewn sefydliadau.
Original UN recommendation
The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Repeal legislation and practices that authorize non-consensual involuntary, compulsory treatment and detention of persons with disabilities on the basis of actual or perceived impairment. (b) Take appropriate measures to investigate and eliminate all forms of abuse of persons with disabilities in institutional facilities.
